Nomu.group and Jalebi.io Partner to Streamline Restaurant Operations in Middle East and Africa




Nomu.group, a food supply chain management startup formed by the merger of Jumlaty Saudi Arabia and Appetito Egypt, and jalebi.io, a Techstars-backed restaurant technology company, have partnered in order to advance restaurant technology across key Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets.


Nomu.group's expertise in procurement forecasting & fulfillment will be combined with Jalebi.io's inventory optimization and restaurant operations technology to create a new AI-based predictive fulfillment system for restaurants across the region.


The partnership marks a significant milestone for both companies, as they strive to provide innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the food and beverage industry in MENA. Both companies deliver real and visible results to restaurant owners and operators of all sizes by focusing on reliability, sustainability, and profitability.
