​Chhavi Jatwani is a design innovation project leader contributing to a sustainability transition in the food sector. She leverages design thinking, systems thinking and creative problem solving for complex food system challenges.
She manages strategic projects for CPG companies like Nestle, Dole and Ab-Inbev leading cross-functional teams through trend scouting, research, synthesis, opportunity identification, ideation and prototyping to deliver market-differentiated R&D solutions, consumer insights and roadmaps for global markets (LATAM, APAC, Americas, EMEA).
Her goal is to contribute to a global food system shift from extractive to regenerative, centralized to distributed, taste & convenience-driven to also health and wellbeing focussed. These days she is busy developing a new planet-centered innovation methodology and mentoring a team of designer associates who are transforming the way we eat.
