Dr. Ravid has a B.Sc. in nutritional sciences and a Ph.D. in plant sciences from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is the CEO of Kinoko-Tech, which she founded during her Ph.D. studies and focuses on Harnessing fermentation to expand personal and planetary health.
