German startup Nosh.bio and biotech giant Ginkgo Bioworks have announced their collaboration to develop next-level animal-free protein. Utilizing Ginkgo's state-of-the-art Strain Optimization Services, the partnership aims to produce a mycoprotein that mimics the taste, texture, and nutritional profile of red meat.
